Corner Key Partners works with entrepreneurs and small business owners to add cash-flow via acquisition of online businesses. We have strong funding relationships so we can help improve positioning for Working Capital loans. We also buy cash-flowing private real estate notes.

Our founder started in the financial services industry in early 2003 and started investing in real estate in late 2007... during one of the worst times in history.  A lot of hard lessons were learned because of that market crash, but that strengthened our processes and solidified our core values.  

We founded Corner Key Partners to help individuals and business owners excel through challenges, much as we have had to do. 

We are conveniently located in the Austin Law Firm Building in downtown York City.  We are between the Woman’s Club of York Building and the Law Offices of Seth Eric Springer.
